WHO definition of Health
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
WHO - does not understand this?

IMO social well-being does not include discriminating people who choose to use cannabis for a Healthy, Happy & socially well adjusted life.
Putting people into jail for enjoying the use of natural medicine?
WHO thinks this is still o.k.?

When I read about Powdered Alcohol being approved in the USA I thought it was a joke.
I looked at the links and still thought it was a joke. An Onion perhaps?
I then went to the companies WEBpage.. No joke.
It should be.

WOW.
Imagine the possibilities.
It makes me sick to my stomach.

Clearly someone was BOUGHT. As usual.
I'll be paying VERY close attention as to what and WHEN Health Canada decides.

We don’t have ENOUGH BOOZE? One coming to every local corner store near you! I noticed on his site he has ‘reviews’ from organization like M.A.D.D,. but NO actual links. Go figure. It goes on to tell of the endless possibilities including sprinkling on Food! A whole new way for pedophiles to ready their prey. FACT.

Oh, BUT don’t SNORT IT! It also said in the web site - but know, there will be those that do. It will happen, It will be a bigger problem that it already is.
Alcohol/powdered alcohol... People will continue to die from it, kids will abuse it - so will many more adults.

ONE MORE REASON CANNABIS is STILL ILLEGAL.
The competition want’s it that way.

It is the person - not the plant!

I am currently reading : High Society By Mike Jay

And immensely enjoying it. I love to read always have - not always an easy task lately with my twitch being what it is it can make reading difficult even distracting - so whatever I read has to be interesting to keep me riding out twitches between paragraphs. This book is so interesting.

Educating. The more I know the more confused I am.

Since the beginning of time people want to get high, or achieve some sort of mental stimulation that heightens experiences or makes us feel at peace. Every time prohibition of some sort steps in - people move on, usually to a stronger substance and a new drug problem arises. What amazes me is Cannabis has always been one of the safest, oldest and most widely used substance on the planet and the fact that it is still illegal, IMO is just another distraction. Much like television.

Focus on the plant that people want, grow and use most commonly:
Government + control + prohibition(lies) = jail = $$$$$$$

To read the US government has taken out all kinds of patents on Cannabis - something they have claimed for years has no medicinal value, they have made millions suffer for it. LIES. Google Patent of Cannabis or just the number (for just one of the many patents now taken out BY the American Government on Cannabis. ONE NOW for the treatment of CANCER!! I am angry as a Canadian, we have and continue to suffer because of their lies also, as does the rest of the world. No wonder people are upset.

BUT WHY?? I keep asking myself, WHY is it still happening??
Because WE LET IT! We are letting lives be ruined and people suffer over a plant.
IT is not the Plant. It is the PEOPLE.

People who have problems with addiction.
People who do not understand the concept of ‘moderation’.
People who are hurt, lonely abused and use drugs as an escape.

Educate the PEOPLE. ONE LOVE. We need to help each other and stand up for what we believe in. We are not criminals. Just people.

As expected all thought out the book, what has been the biggest problem all thought out history and still is today?
ALCOHOL. < But that $$ money maker isn’t going anywhere is it.

There are far more serious drugs available and widely used and there are even more on the horizon - it’s what PEOPLE do.
Stop the lies, prohibition and educate children on choices and consequences,
SHARE your knowledge. If they don’t believe you - tell them to prove you wrong!
To date - no one has.

Patent a plant? Who created it?

Above my desk for the past 5 years. <><

We say In God we Trust, it's on every American $$$.
The USA president put his hand on the bible... is this all for show? Have ye so little faith?
It says in the Bible, fist page:
11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

I do not recall anywhere in the bible where it states that one person, country, organization can take out a patent on one of God's creations. Is it just me? But here it is, BEHOLD...

W.T.F? I also have watched several documentaries on companies like Monsanto trying to hold patent on plants in India- Until crops started to fail and EVEN MORE people started to starve and die & have since decided this is not a good thing.

Imagine Mother nature, Buddha or your friendly family farmer! What ever it takes for us to get it and help educate others before this continues to get out of complete control.

Yesterday I watched a Doc., it was about beautiful Burma :
They Call It Myanmar: Lifting the Curtain. < click *Well worth the watch. I was touched at the comment if they have 3 meals a day (and I'm not talking Popeye's chicken or Swiss Chalet) they consider themselves rich. Their children lucky if they can go to school for one year. ;-( Then it's off to work - job's I cannot imagine doing. They are peaceful people with a great faith that have been neglected for far too long. They inspire.
You should watch it and see what happens when we lose control.
WE lose control when we let others have it, and to have it over what is most important to every single being on this planet - nutrition/food- is incredibly frightening and quite stupid of us. HOW many are we??? So this toon is about Cannabis and so much more- it is about every single plant and seed on this planet that we all MUST share.
I love plants as you can see below I have them on every window in my home , every room... what's next? I'm afraid to think of the possibilities if they continue the direction they are going.

Always the fat cats.

It always amazes me to read about Cannabis and Dr.s. You see Dr.s over the years have supported Cannabis and Cannabis research. Years ago it was prescribed by Dr.s for everything from Colic to cramps. When the U.S government 'took it off shelves' to say - Dr.s did not agree and were often public about it. I just read once again The American Medical Association and the The American College of Physicians and the American Public Health Association and the American Nurses Association are strong supporters for Medical Cannabis and want research encouraged.
They know people who suffer and cannabis helps, I read about it all the time, Dr.s who get Cannabis for their family members. Some just to make the end of life more enjoyable & pain free (controlled).
So time and time again - I wonder - then why not stand up for what is right? Why are we letting those who are motivated by money and lies continue to stop the human race from doing what we believe is best for our own lives. It is NOT about getting high - trust me - I know many medical patients and they wish they could get 'high' most just are able to function. So since this war on Drugs is the failure that it is, the lies about cannabis hard to further contain... speak up. Remind your Dr.s about the facts. Share the opinions of their peers on Cannabis research and medical value. Perhaps they just don't know. Either way it's time. Time to let those who truly want to help us - do just that. Leave the police to deal with CRIMINALS and the politicians to - what ever it is they 'claim' to do.
*Note- I am a Canadian. I am reading an American book about Cannabis (and enjoying)
My cartoons can "sadly" easily have different words replaced the Canadian Medical Association - (but we already do recognize Cannabis and it's medicinal value) or replace the DEA with the Mounties and our own FAT CAT - S.H. The facts are - we are all fighting this insane battle. ALL OVER the world.

I don’t understand how anyone can patent a plant that has been on this earth by our creator and used since (first documented) 2727 BC *** I’d say thats a little longer than a year - that’ Cannabis has been made public.

I can understand placing a patent on an invention, of course but the invention here again was made by GOD. I mean come on! What next patent air - so with each breath we will owe someone $? You don’t care because it is not affecting you... but it affecting someone, someone who is thirsty and does not have the simple luxury of water! Water, plants - what next?
