I had great fun at the Dog Show today - I hope  ( I bet) the turn out next year is even better! it was fun, GREAT stuff and GREAT DOGGIES everywhere! Of  course it was a 15 year old chihwowwa ;-)  that stood in the centre and barked at everyone. Got to love these little friends.
My Bags were a big hit!  I shall be there again next year if Im invited! ;-) 
Now Im drawing the best editorial I ever thought of! Come see in a few hours! he he he .. waiting on baited breath for one of my toons!

When I get welcomed by my dogs after a long day , happy and jumping to greet me. I am reminded I am loved and it comes in many shapes.

Well Summer is officially here in Canada. It comes as the may 24 weekend. 
Today I shall sit and paint by the pool.  I had a conversation last night about my website and it was suggested I should remove the Happy Hippie Page.  Part of life it to be able to express yourself and stand up for what you believe it. I know Cannabis helps as a medicine. I have living proof! 
I WILL not be ashamed to express it. it is ignorance that has kept so many issues held back. As I have said before  YOU determine what you should do with your life. BUT educate yourself in all matters. 


By not putting the Happy Hippie (which is a great strip about many more things then Medicinal Cannabis) I would be lying. To myself and to you - anyone that might be interested. If you do not like it .. it is simple 
Don't look. I hope you are here to see the art (all of it!) and it gives you a giggle.


Anyone that knows me knows I am not 'A DRUGGIE"/"Stoner" - what ever word you might want to use. I am a mom that is a witness to my son not suffering as much because of Medicinal Cannabis. That is all the proof, reasoning, I need. I am proud to share my information and talent.

How can I be too tired to draw. it is not that I am tired at all. But I feel
sad. I'm trying to do some Editorial cartoons,  when I think of some of the issues going on at the moment... I can't think of what to draw without it being sad. The Oil spill. That is just beyond sad. 
Perhaps this is the idea. When will Earthlings realize - THIS IS SAD and we better do something about it. 
Perhaps my drawing will hit a nerve and make people want to do something. 
How do I draw HOPE ?

A really good man is gone. I feel even better knowing he has his wings and will be working as hard as ever from above. He always made me feel special. I believe he made many people feel special.

Rainy days and painting go together. So do reading and rainy days... Tea and rainy days, RELAXING and rainy days! I love the Rainy days.
I find I need to quiet my mind. Less computer, more drawing.
Tomorrow is mothers day and my son is taking me out to Tea-Opia
and for lunch. I look forward to it already!
