He's done! Bumble is Built!  
Let me assure you , he is a bit bigger than the original used in the T.V. Special! 
Our Christmas Display this year, once we realized 'we were 50'  had to be Rudolph, the Red Nosed Reindeer.  Who does not remembe or at least know about Rudolph? It was my favorite special - The Litter Drummer boy 2nd. Well it was Norms also, so we agreed to  make it our Christmas Display!  *Snoopy and Charlie brown found a new home. 
It has been the only thing we have agreed on since. lol.. Really.  
Norm's favorite part of the movie is the Misfit toys, He wanted 'all of the Toys'. My favorite part is Rudolph and the The Elf Dancing. 
Then voted & we agreed on The Snowman (both wanted), a Tree (Norm wanted), Rudolph (goes without saying), the Dentist Me more than Norm and The Jack in the Box - Norm - WELL that was the plan! LOL  
With not a lot of time left & we have 'stuff' to do, life, decorate, bake, we came to the conclusion over our 'breakfast meeting': We can only do  the 3 THIS year. 
Tree, Snowman & Rudolph (not even started). 
Storm realized we still had one more to add, actually smacked his forehead in wonder at his parents this morning. He is such a good sport! 
He is outside now as I type, helping dad 'MOVE the tree' because  "Bumble' is bigger than anticipated and - we need to be able to access the front door!
Below are  step by steps to make a Bumble - Go for it! 
We all smiled this morning at the thought of the school busses and all the kids that walk by tomorrow. Adults included! 
Many of us, Rudolph fans for over a lifetime already!

My new pet. Companion.... Creation!  He was created out of love!
while drawing the other day, lost in thought  I looked at my desk and saw a new little 'zen kitty' emerge before my eyes! 
It was just 'something', so I went and listened to the lovin' vibe. ;) 
Next thing, I realized he has 6 hearts in him (his design), he is truly 'FULL of LOVE'. 
LOL

PPP as I shall call him, is  the little bit of 'light' I need to shine throughout the day. 
Positive little reminders, I do plan on using him as a character, rather than a strip and will have him appear in  with Scruffy Poppy and more. Share positive bits of wisdom.
PPP fits into a story better than LB - hahahhaaa but I can see PPP also in a LB! Oh the possibilities are endless! I plan to have fun. 
Be Inspired and In Spirit. 
Norm saw it on my desk and also commented "He's really cute" just something about PPP, Here he is and here to stay! I have over thought this kitty, too many times.

I did not know what to have him say and I remembered my line from the other day .. 
from A Course In Miracles. and when I looked at the drawing - light was all that was missing.  It was just Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrfect.   
Oh, I was going to have him  say - I have  known many /Zen Masters - all of them Cats - Eckhart Tolle , but - change of  mind  and heart. ;) 

I'd also like to teach 'Don't think - Pray!'.
For many reasons Stress, suicide rates & more.. 
I'm not saying sit and read from the bible or say your 'Hail Marys' 250 times, I am hoping to get the message across that  we need to calm our minds ;) Me too.  
Meditation, Hail Mary's, Chanting, Song...    
learn to see the meaningful ❤  in the meaningless. 

When you read something that makes your heart 'flutter', or brain - register! 
Then you see it appear before you as you imagined, and it makes someone smile.. 
That's. it. 
Isn't it? 
It's that simple ...life.

This cartoon has been on my desk for days.. 1/2 finished. Waiting to be posted - just as I ws doing when Norm walked in and said "You can't post that! ..  You have not unveiled the New Zen Kitty yet!" So - well. lol .. 
All because I accidently drew the new Zen Kitty <3 It just came to me,  I went with it and he is so sweet.  I will be spending time at my desk the next few days  and  will fine tune  it, so I can start using him to spread good love and positive vibes!  

I want to share the cartoon now, the message is important.

Currently reading A course In Miracles.  
This morning I had a miracle... I posted it on FB! :

My morning miracle!
This a.m. as I walked over and turned on the lamp, ready to read... I turned and saw this beam of bright light coming from a crucifix on the wall! (*See photo!) I yell to Norm- in the kitchen getting our coffee,
'Come See this! God is talking to me! Wishing me a good morning, it's a miracle!' 
I am reading 'A course in Miracles' remember...
The light coming right from it! (*see other photo)

He looks at me amused.. walks over to the fish tank, opens and closes the lid really fast - making this big beam of light across the room get wider and smaller - and says - 
"Look! Now he's yelling at you! Good morning!!" 

I shot him such a look! 
Then burst out laughing - him too. I'm still giggling - perhaps that was the miracle! Then we kissed, said 'I love you' and he was on his way ... still giggling. 

Then I read.
I only read one section every day - so I can think about it.
Here is what it said:

Ho Ho Ho! Tis the season!  I'm in the Christmas mood! 
I am very pleased with this, as it's been a few years. ;) 
I feel blessed and want to celebrate the birth of Christ!  No I am not excited about any of the commercialism,  malls or  debt that so many will be adding to their life, I don't want any part of that.  But to create! Spread Joy! Bake! 
Tis the season and to focus on each other! Remember we were created out of love to create! 

I love the holiday classics! Norm & I are building a Rudolph display! 
Well, I get to do the fun stuff like decorate -  Norm builds it! 
The tree will be out on the lawn today so - I am told..  So Let's create! 

You will need:
3 logs *flat on bottom and other end, cut on a slant as you see in photo
Black, White, Red, Orange  & Brown Paint- or leave natural 'wood' for reindeer
Burlap - I used a scrap piece I had,  about 2'
2 sticks (antlers) * drill to make holes for sticks
Roofinf nails (with flat fat heads) 
Paint brushes. 
Holly accent if you wish...   Have Fun!!!

Today, I want to remember to Teach only Love. 
I was speaking with a friend about a very serious, delicate subject..  we were discussing a young girl saying 'she is hearing voices.'   And Not the good kind.
How frightening it must be for anyone,  and IS for those that say they hear voices, but for a child, confused and starting to understand a not so perfect world... it must be staggering at times. 
 I was speaking with my husband and son about this and  I said 'I hear voices all the time.'
Don't we ALL hear voices?  Some call 'it' a conscience,  Ego,  Madness, Spirit,  demons, Jesus  & God, to name a few of peoples perceptions.
Norm said he always wrestles with the voice in his head, questioning..  figuring out. 
I am learning to LISTEN to the voice of God more often and THRILLED. I have happily handed over my  brain that wants to wallow in confusion, self pity, pain and sadness.
I want to focus on LOVE, Peace, Healing of hearts and being a Positive light. Simple. 
The Voice of God for me is the voice of Good.  
I listened to 'the other' for years and all that I ever walked away with was self doubt, fear and feeling lonely, angry &  depressed.
Still it is a daily challenge!  Between daily altercations, health issues  LIFE - we constantly are forced to listen and 'CHOOSE',  WHAT we want to listen to.  
I will say that this choice takes constant thought, practice,  patience and faith.  
Listen to only LOVE for that is what we are.  We are born  to love.
We learn to hate. 
So Choose.. What will you teach today?

I am truly Blessed with my Dr.  AS more time passes I hear more stoires and understand everything for a reason.  I have had a Dr. who did more than most. He listened.  He still does.   He does not push.   How it should be. 

This cartoon is very true! When I was a little kid, I had a Dr. I liked; Dr. Jerry Kirsh, 
He was nice, loud and always laughing... I still have memories of his giant ashtray on his desk.  I grew up with family that smoked but there was something about that ashtray, it was like a sand box on his desk displaying his favorite past time.
 It aroused my curiosity.  I thought it was neat.  He set an example.
I am so thankful I have never smoked cigarettes. 

Dr.s  are ONLY human and they make mistakes all the time!  
When someone tells me, their Dr. says they won't prescribe cannabis - ask WHY? 
Are they educated on the facts? Have they done any research? Help them!
be in control of your health! Have printed information, links. 
I am having a hard time understanding why Dr.s won't prescribe cannabis but will OXY, and many other deadly pain prescriptions.  
You think they would want to provide you first with an alternative that can't kill you. 
Here is an interesting article that pretty much says it all. At one time Dr.s promoted Lobotomies.. But they won't prescribe a plant. 
If your Dr. says No..  ASK WHY and then choose... stay or look for a new Dr.

I love mixed relationships. ;)  Well - exactly - when I see animals that are not of the same 'race', lol  playing and 'being' together. Our cat and Poppy play with each other every morning! Elephants and Dogs. 
Hippos & turtles! Monkeys and Birds... too many beautiful, furry, examples to mention.
If only we could all behave the same.

I am reading 'A Course in Miracles' and I am inspired  (In Spirit!) with every page. 
Over the years I keep reading it mentioned in other books, so iI decided to pick it up.
I'll admit it is not an easy read but one I am determined to do.  I read to start my day on a positive note & to try to physically get my twitch under control for the day, mentally if not physically.  

Every morning, usually up before Norm, I read and reflect. 
Today I read - 
Teach Only Love for that is what you are! 
How awesome is that! ? 

One of the first things I read was 
Child of God you were created to create the good, the beautiful and the holy!
 I agree! It's time I started to focus on it! 
Today I am fortunate to draw!  Spread some TLC with a toon. 
Send a message..  
Love is blind. 
As it should be.
I lost myself this afternoon @ my desk. I loved every second of it.

Weekends are my favorite time! Norm is in his shop starting the Christmas Display! 
I did the drawings and now it's his turn...  Storm is busy reading the boat to go fishing.
I am CRAFTING, I craft when Norm is home,  I can run down to the garage and get assistance from time to time ;).
Well I have decided Saturdays from time to time - I will craft! & share on FB! 
Step by step instructions! If it looks easy enough perhaps more people will do it! 
& with family & friends!       
This would be a easy, fun craft to make at a family party. 
Gold or Red, Green glitter! It' all good!  LOL

Today we are making a great Christmas gift/card/decoration all ages can accomplish!  
Supplies:
A slice of wood, big or small - up to you
A black sharpie marker
Ribbon -any color- up to you!  
A small light bulb (I save the old ones- you never know ..lol)
Red Glitter * I  Glitter!
A 'eye' hook, scissors, small paint brush 
*also a tiny bit of white glue (not seen in photo)
I also used a glue gun, careful when using a glue gun and little ones. 

Note* I forget I have a handy, dandy hubby only a few feet away - so it's nothing to run to the garage and say 'drill this please..' 
SO *IF you do not have access to a drill,  simply drop a blob of white glue & sprinkle it with glitter and let it sit to dry - a hour or more. Storm, in his opinion preferred the deer without a nose.  Just the black silhouette. He thought it looked more rustic. ;)
AND then.. lol- always after the fact - thank you 'Captain hindsight's -- Norm said 'not' to use a bulb incase it breaks. True. 
You could use a cork! ;)
I also wrote on the back as I plan on giving them to a select few as our Christmas card.

This is the first time is a few years,  I  am excited about Christmas!
I've already done a reindeer drawing -m just for fun and I can't wait to set up the tree.
To celebrate the birth of Christ!  We are not about gifts and have not been since Storm got older. The last few years between health and other issues.. the holidays came and went with hardly a notice!  Not this year! I am decorating!  I'm making a beautiful front window display soon and I am making gifts for all my friends - lol well  - not all! 
Yikes - that's all I need is over 7,000 people on FB expecting homemade gifts! LOL!
No, just immediate family and friends. 
Here are the first two! I was inspired by an idea I saw on PIN and wanted to take it up a notch. Then I figured... why not show it step by step on FB! 
I wonder if anyone will try! 
I HOPE SO! I think I'll send something to the first person that posts their version ;) 
LET's GET CRAFTY!  
What you need:
-*Fence boards. 
-Paint: White, med. Blue, Black and a tiny bit of orange IF you do snowman.
-wire hook for back to hang IF you wish
- tea light from the dollar store - battery operated.
- drill for hole for tea light.
-Paint brushes, one large one fine. 
*My boards were actually our fence, had to be replaced recently due to a 'bylaw problem' more on that soon!  If you have a boat in Georgina I am sure you will be interested.


Now follow these step by step and  make your gifts!  
Spread LOVE! Spend time making for and thinking of others.
