Not this time, I sent my friend Rob and e mail asking him: 'what color is the bus!?"
"Green" is his reply. lol
Green? Green? That's it??
Not: Grass green, Lime Green or even Kermit green! How was I to guess the exact green? What seems like worlds apart, it's not like I can glance at the bus out my window.
I then sent Rob a 'CIL match your green chip' - the perfect solution - and he said "there was no such green", I laughed out loud... but still not any closer to a 'solid bus color'.
Scotland in the next couple of weeks in not an option.
Rob came up with the perfect solution - a Skype bus tour!!!
The next thing I know - I see Rob & I, walking onto the bus - it was a first class tour of a first rate CANNABUS bus! I was stepping onto it myself! I looked over all the details, loved the real wood - complete with bark & moss counters, I appreciate the beauty of wood, in furniture and always ask to see knots. It has a Stove, sink, loo? Seats, curtains - Georgia Toons art - all over - it is truly a labour of love and you can see it in every detail. I love the floor. It comes complete with a stuffed ZEN Kitty - I'd love to give a squeeze looking very chilled in his pasta attire- wait until Rob see's what I sen't for the bus for his birthday- thanks canada Post- still not there. - today I hope!! The ultimate bus conversation piece.
Wow, I can't wait to take a ride! For the record.. the bus, in my opinion & mind is pretty close to kermit green, with a twist of lime and burst of lemon yellow. lol
The best part for me then was to get to 'relax & chat with Rob on the bus. It was a virtual dream come true, me visiting the bus... the warm inviting sun shining through the curtains, Rob chilling on the sofa, lots of laughs as I expected & sharing a few details about his upcoming adventure. He's heading away to Asia tomorrow. Glasgow - Dubai - Hong Kong - Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City - Kuala Lumpur - Singapore - Dubai - Glasgow.
Sounds like quite journey is ahead of Rob.
No, not on the Cannabus... I bet he wishes he could. lol
I wish him & travel mates a safe & thrilling, calming, adventure.
I'll admit at first I was a little disappointed - Rob was late for the call, I know he is a busy man so I figured he just could not find the time, even Storm said "sorry you didn't get your call mom.. " - only to find out Rob was trying to Skype me from a Scottish castle with the bus- but it was not great reception. You can see a photo in the background below.
I am still smiling and can now complete my work, a gift for Rob,
Planting the seed of cannabis from the ' Vibrant Green' Cannabus.
Drawn with much TLC & THC - you, like Rob will have to wait & see.
A few images below I picked off of Robs FB page.
