It's all common sense & I'm so grateful we as a country appear to have it.
Not everyone will grow- just like beer the average Jo' will go out and buy it from bigger producers.. or those already growing and doing it well.
Start up is not cheap and it is not easy. It's fantastic for the economy ' I'm reeling.
Did you read Colorado has SOLD one billion in cannabis in 2016.
Have you guessed the shares in Cannabis companies stocks went up. ^^^
WE are not going to limit it to BIG producers & small dispersaries can still contnue to operate! Amen!
No sellng it alongside of alcohol. More people will be introduced and hopefully become less dependant on drinking. More young women/men will have safe acces to cannabis.
