The Shrub (aka George W. Bush) was just another emperor in the Reagan Dynasty that we've been living under in America ever since. Reagan is the founder of the so-called "War on Drugs". Or the War On Some Drugs, since they hand out oxycontin and hydrocodone prescriptions in the U.S. like raffle tickets. But to get medical cannabis, you get to jump through hoops.
