Tara Roberts is a glass artist who just finished a very cool Alice in Wonderland pendant with the assistance of her partner Jason Lee. Both incredible glass artists - have a look, you will see why, but it's Tara's Yoga stuff that has me smiling... her outfits are crazy! I guess I never knew Yoga outfits looked like that. It's been on 'My Mind and today was the Day!
She posts herself and I've decided to do the same. More on Tara's glass soon.
In a few days I'll be 'another year here.' :)
I don't sruggle with weight at all- anymore, with what is happening in this brain - but - the other day I had to get under my desk - and had just as hard a time getting down as I did getting up again!! Seriously! I thought "my God Georgia! STRETCH and do it right!, I know too many '80 year olds', who could run circles around me right now!"
I got my hair cut at Aldos salon, in town for as long as I have - he still looks th same & Mary who cut my hair, made it a lovely exeerience, I was relaxed. I am grateful.
Anyhow Yoga was a failure- I couldn't see my computer once on the floor, the dogs had me laughing so hard it could hardly catch my breath at on point and Poppy was poppy! When I had an attack, she comes and stands over me - the harder the twitch the harder she presses down! lol So, Yoga was infact a great success. I felt good, stretched - I did very little - that was the agreement I made with myself.
I'll finish this evening the same way, before bed. Without he dogs.
Scruffy too, would not get off my matt!! Never a dull moment.
