Mind and body. Thinking too much is not good.
I read... worrying is like praying for something to happen that you don't want to happen.
Easier said than done.
I do pray. I pray daily. To me it is meditation.
Prayer changes things. It restores my hope.
It helps me sleep! And I get better at it every time.
No tricks or chemicals. Peaceful sleep.
