In God we trust, that is something that I feel if you believe in God - you do NOT NEED someone to remind you of this. In God I trust. Thy will be done... when I woke this a.m. to read that Congress passed a bill to confirm that 'In God we trust' is still the American motto... O.k., had they NOT passed that bill do they think true believers would have changed their minds? I thought it was a joke, NOPE it was true.. never mind focusing on the other problems going on. LIKE passing the BILL to Legalize Cannabis!?
I read ***The House voted 396 to 9 to confirm that the phrase, which was first passed as the national motto in the 1950s, was still the motto. According the bill sponsor, Republican Congressman Randy Forbes, the vote was necessary to “firmly declare our trust in God, believing that it will sustain us for generations to come.”
WELL GUESS what- you firmly declare your trust in GOD than it is in all things GOD.
Genesis 1:11And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
Still I shake my head. I do not think the AMERICAN people needed Congress to remind them to trust in God. They have life to do that. The money wasted. That is a CRIME.
If you ask me Cannabis should now be considered legal.
