Still have this bug a bit, and am reminded today to just go and sit and draw and relax. One of the best things I heard was in a doc. and the Dr. said: "Cannabis helps us eat, sleep and forget." These things are so important to a body and mind. Sadly too many people don't have enough to eat in this world, worry & work keeps us from sleep and when we remember - the negative - it drains us. It makes us a prisoner in our own mind.
So if you can, remember to eat- healthy! Sleep and forget - for now... we always have tomorrow. All that stuff - chances are it will still be there. ;-) The trick is making ourselves healthier, stronger and Happier.
