Draw a Cannabis leaf!

Since, I have several people appearing to enjoy the time-lapse besides myself, comments, messages and a couple of e mail have assured me so. -I decided to try a How to:
Draw a Cannabis leaf. One that is far from perfect.
The reason being, no stress.. just play- its going to take you a few times perhaps to get it looking like mine. Every time you try it gets easier!
The supplies needed: Ruler, paper water color paper/card stock
   Pencil, eraser, paint brush - a few sizes is always good.
   Green and yellow paint . circle tracer ?-
something that traces a circle I use this
   'circle plate cover' for all my drawings.
   It was handy. & HAVE some fun! Music helps!

*note you can substitute Gouache for Poster Paint - the much more affordable brand -nothing fancy, or use paint from the dollar store, just get one color if you want. Green. ;) Actually the Cannbis leaf is very distinct - you can really get away with painting any color leaf if you follow the shape closely. I painted the background yellow, so you could easily see the green and what I was doing. Feel free to miss this step completely.
I hope it makes it easier so you will indeed want to paint your own cannabis leaf cards!

Ending on a positive note:
I was high out in the garden today.. on life it appeared.
I could not escape the overwhelming imaginings going on in my head, songs stuck in my head.. been buzzing, the hot sun, cool in the shade kinda day had me smiling & drifting places I believe I needed to go. Someone watching would have expected me to spit out a bird. The grasshoppers where all gossiping.
It felt fantastic- I decided to just go with it - take it all in... every second.
Breath deep and Enjoy..
I thank God for my fantastic imagination... I was high out in the garden.
No drugs were needed.

Time to paint.

My Calico Kitty in Cannabis

What a great morning I had, it started reading in the garden watching the birds with Scruffy chasing squirrels, Poppy on my lap under a blanket. Then to paint!
I was in my office before 6! I've wanted to paint my pussy for a while.
She has personality galore!
She is Dog number 4.
I enjoyed looking into her eyes this morning, out with Scruffy playing in the dirt, she only ever enters the backyard when the dogs are out there with her. Then she happened to be lying in grass. My mind turned her into our Calico Kitty in Cannabis. With a budding crown..
I also call her 'Your Royal Highness'.
I am the Queen of my creations.. are you not?
King of your jungle? I hope so.. we only get one shot.
My Calico Kitty was also painted using time-lapse photography!
I am addicte to watching artist create, and believe we should share.
I DO hope that it will inspire & teach someone how to paint should they desire.
In just a few years the progression of my own work amazes me! lol
keep at it!

Now, I have 2 editorial cartoons 'SCREAMING' to get out and fine sketching of the cover for Cannabis Digest. No time for FB that is for sure. I hope you enjoy watching how Calico kitty was created! Go here for a peek! :

Me.

I'm struggling at the moment with a few things... I do not want to have any more surgery and I don't want to have gamma radiation.
I don't even want to think about it and it IS my body & life so - how will I live with what is happening is the question.
I've still not been given any definitive answers regarding what is causing this to happen, only suggestions on how to try to stop - once tried already and not successful and the other has no guarantees either, possibly just more complications.

I am sharing in the hopes that anyone might have some information to offer- suggestions are welcome- unless your just going to TRY to SELL me something - don't bother. Also it will help educate others about Trigeminal neuralgia, semi facia spasms and compassion.
The most difficult part for me often- besides the pain, never knowing when the attacks come and exhaustion- is others. People & their reaction to me.
& ME - me not caring what others think.
Me, remembering I am still very much me & more... I think I'm a new and Improved me :)
What does not kill us makes us stronger. Thor move over. lol
Me trying to REMEMBER that sometimes the people who are witnessing what I am dealing with, ONLY LOVE me, wish it was not happening and feel just as helpless as I do.
Me thinking friends will only see the twitch in me.
Me.. :(

Everything triggers it, movement and simply walking make it more active.
When I sit and draw it calms a bit and I can forget by being distracted in paint.
I have decided to draw only what I want.
As you will see - and another reason I share- I can't quite keep up, its becoming more about quality than quantity for me with everything. Even art -has become a new challenge (I am thankful and blessed to have!) but, this twitch can mess with me - as I paint details and suddenly my brush hits the paper when I did not want it to. I refuse to give in and let it consume- so I draw.
If you don't have any advice to offer - I get that too... Please offer prayers and good vibes instead, that will be enough.
* Note- I did not put on make-up - for who? I don't think I even brushed my hair.
If you want 'pretty, faking all is o.k.' - go some please else. This is my real life.
It's not always pretty but it can be pretty terrific at times!

Ask most Canadians, legally using cannabis (40,000 & counting) as their prescribed medicine - Who stresses you out? I bet you will hear the name 'Rona Ambrose' a few times.
Our outraged 'Health Minister'. I don't know what that 'title' means anymore.

Stress Kills - some might argue - wrong - heart attacks kill! Yes and many times they are brought on by stress. It is a fact. Stress can and will do all sort of terrible things to the body if it can. If we let it.. when I am sick and weak, unfortunately - those days are when I feel most vulnerable - and stress takes over. As it will, I am only human.

Here is an article that was in the paper on the weekend, the Dr. is the same one who did my surgery. http://www.torontosun.com/2015/06/30/5-things-to-know-about-brain-aneurysms it ends with ""The journey of this illness is not defined solely by the initial moment," Tymianski says of a rupture, "but by many downstream consequences of that initial moment." ;(

I bet stress is one of them. Those consequences that lead to your head exploding.
It is responsible for most illnesses and death and if not responsible - then the main contributing factor.

I can share our experience- first hand, as mother of a child who used cannabis as his LEGAL medicine since 15 (Thank God) for his painful bone disease, and as a patient myself, dealing with several issues- try as hard as I might, Rona Ambrose makes my heart beat faster and not in a good way. She makes my head pound when she speaks.
I'm not alone. Many patients, worn down from illness already - have nothing but added stress because of RONA Ambrose. Therefore 'I refer ' to her as Rona Ambush!
Since she is capable of taking so many at once.
Ambushed by our own 'Health minister'. WTF. She is outraged?

She attacks us like stress does - our 'health minister'.

Not trying to heal us - more like a cancer that eats away as us until we die or give up.
Denial, disregard and plain disrespect for too many of us. 40,000 and growing to staggering amounts Rona. Simply because we choose the less addictive and in many cases safer option of a medicine.

Be vocal. If Rona Ambrose is adding stress to your life tell someone.
Share it on her Facebook page - I was blocked or I would.
'Rona Ambrose is killing me slowly with her daily does of stress.'
Is it not true?
Bring awareness or do nothing.
The choice is yours. OURS.
One day it might not be. If Rona gets her way.

It's time she became accountable to ALL Canadians that NEED and deserve in
OUR Country - Health to be MINISTERED!
