Cabinet shuffle, more like quick panic lets see if we can confuse everyone. Or quick get these next a holes into place before the next RAT race. I am so tired of S.H. and you know I DON'T even like to draw him, but I thought it is not fair to myself as a cartoonist not to try and I think it turned out pretty good. No horns magically appeared as tempted as I was ;-)
I tried NOt to think of who I was drawing but focused more on the 'what'. wink wink , nudge, nudge.
