Yesterday was a terrific day, as I drift off last night I was thinking about it. There was nothing special - a little eventful - when Storm and I went to go for a drive in town and I noticed the wheel wobbling! Luckily we were in town - put in a call to our trusty repair man/mechanic/dad and we all had a lesson on how to change a tire and lugnuts. Once home again we just puttered -I worked on my new craft for the magazines (love this - so much fun) for a while and then we all ended up at the front of the house hanging out in the garage. I saw 'we all' because that includes the dogs. All three- Daisy too after yesterday - sat and walked around the front never leaving (no leashes) the property even if they see another dog. We do not have a side walk on our side so as long as no one steps on our grass they don't bother with anyone. It was a test day for Daisy - she passed with flying colors! Tequila and Daisy running circles around each other and Scruffy busy watching everything Norm does. I have to take a photo this week - Scruffy lost a tooth (? no idea how) but it cracks us up every time she smiles at us - we all notice it. I am also determined this weekend to take a photo of all three of us- we don't have a current one! My baby will be 20 next Saturday!!!
I will make sure to get our new family photo then ;-)
I drew, Storm cleaned his truck and Norm building the special No-Halloween
prop for the front lawn.
At one time I thought this is it... AND... I love it. Feeling quite content.
Nothing fancy just us a beautiful September day doing stuff as a family. Just Being.
