I needed a new bed. I was sleeping on a 26 year old worn, ripped, stained, the springs could be felt with every roll - it was time - & I decided for smaller bed.
Do you work in bed? I often woke myself up because I'd knock a book or something off my bed at night, drawings, pencils, snacks.. toy for the girls even kibble for 'Mrs. Poppy' -enough - I just need a good sleep. Right? So I started looking for a day bed- I've slept in one several times & had a more than comfortable sleep so why take up the room with another Queen that you don't sleep on? Twin for me BUT... I couldn't find one I liked for under $1300. and even then it still was not what I wanted.. I really liked this:
SLEEP where YOU sleep best. This was part one.. the sides and back I have to paint.
I'm beyond pleased, I was touched... it really is lovely - wait until you see it finished.
I am very grateful & told him so... he is too - look how much money I saved him! lol
This was work AFTER working all day, and it went together like a puzzle, very well made with TLC - this is 'furniture... one that happens to be calling me now - lol ... come read, come snuggle, dream of what your drawing next!
Thank you to Norm - * this was fate- when he agreed to make my bed- he didn't have anything else to make really.. after I gave him my drawings & said I'd patiently wait a week (hee hee) he got an order for #20, 6 foot coffins.. which he loves building, 'Toe Pinchers'..
I looked at him and reminded: Nothing gets done until my bed.
Now I'll take my time with the rest of the design and let him build his coffins in peace.
I'll let him Rest in Peace.. hahaha for now.
Back to cannabis cards - next!!
