I went out to the porch to see the dogs surrounding the seed bin - only to find a DEER mouse inside. I was happy for a live model! Needless to say - it was not alive for long - it returned & met Daisy a few days later.
Nature - doing nature. I see the bluejays fighting - understanding they are teaching each other. Nature. There was only one mouse, I painted three different poses.
I was warned about the dangers of deer mice (disease) from a follower on Instagram- no worries- I don't plan on inviting them in my home or making them pets.
I took some beautiful winter photos this week.
Today, I'm painting Thank you cards, Christmas cards & a fox on wood.
