O.k it's not Christmas so I know I'm pushing it' - but the snow always has me excited for spring, or the cold rather -has me excited for Spring. It's been chilly & wet the last few days... a good day to paint warmer memories.
What's more spring than frogs and mushrooms? This mushroom is love (you'll see it if you look for it) & this frog is fascinated by his find! The purple is metallic and looks better in person - making the greens POP. Nature is the ultimate gift from God. Mushrooms in particular are great for the body & brain! I feel I can't express this enough, especially in winter moths when we are not getting as much greens. The Chinese have been aware of this longer than Western Cultures, it's a secret to longevity - and less 'dementia. It's worth researching - isn't it? For better brain health?
I watched The Sound of Freedom - it deals with the subject of human trafficking, specifically kid sex trafficking. It states in the movie - a topic no one wants to 'talk about', that's why it's running rampant, we are turning a blind eye out of the 'discomfort of discussing it' - not understanding the ACTUAL suffering of children, toddlers and even infants endure at the hands of EVIL humans. Yes, I do rejoice that the bible states clearly what will happen to humans who hurt children (the scum of the earth) better to have a mill stone tied around your neck and flung in the ocean than what God will do - vengeance is mine. Yes, when he tells one pedophilic - you will be raped and have your testicles cut off in jail - I was glad. I heard from an inmate, here in Canada too - you will be treated "poorly" when you go to prison. If an opportunity presents itself. GOOD. That's who belongs in jail. Not people who use and abuse themselves with drugs, not people who are struggling financially - people who intentionally hurt others, children & animals - belong in jail. Gods children are not for sale. We are told NOT to judge but I absolutely do - I hate pedophiles & think people who abuse/rape/beat kids (& all those who make it possible) should rot in jail, forever.
I hope all watch so that we might focus on ending the horror that these innocent children endure.
I'm tired of the usual - John Wick - same situation, different year. I'm tired of 'super hero' Marvel movies... Tom Cruise spy supreme - how many car crashes, shootouts, jumping from planes - BORING. MINDLESS distractions. Same stuff different decade. Long gone are the days of the first movie greats & classics now repeated over & over' to the max. THIS guy was a true SUPER HERO. Inspired by a true but brutal story.
I hope & pray it changes the current situation, brings awareness and helps put these people where they belong, in a cage UNTIL hell. Give thanks your children are safe & pray for those who are not.
