I found this empty, spiral bound sketchbook & decided to dedicate it to inspiring words relating to God. I’m enjoying it very much, so far it only has about 19 paintings in it. The title page states: Spending time on the path with Jesus. I aadd to it- at least one painting a week.
Usually I’m not aware of what to paint until I start - motivated by something I just read in the bible. Other times the image is already in my mind. Either way it’s proving to be a positive project as every time I flip through it - I feel good. Feel God. Reminded of what is important and feeling loved, from within. Of course several images include dogs.
This is yesterdays painting inspired by Jeremiah 1:5 Even while painting it my mind is focused on good & God. Everyday is a new opportunity to focus on good things & people & places.
Several names have crossed my mind for the kitten, Slobber, as it’s always wet from Arrow kissing it. Spaz, as it attempts to climb the walls literally or chase humans on the T.V., Skinny Marink but it might gain weight.. ‘Pup’ seems to be the obvious choice as it believes from how it behaves, it’s just another puppy in the pack. It even waits for a treat when I call all the dogs in and they sit for theirs, now this sweet little face 'Pup waits for his too.
Praying today all have a Beautiful, Peaceful, Positive & Productive Safe Sunday.
