If it had been me, witnessing him treating my Poppy like that little Chih.. choking it. crushing it, beating them...
He will not have good things happen to him any longer- he has brought upon HIMSELF so much hatred & negative karma directed at him - no one need do anything.
The power of the internet will always have him looking over his shoulders! It was mentioned he will probably HAVE to move out of St. Catherines - to the USA perhaps..

The college of vets..?? Should be ashamed of themselves. They have FAILED miserably & because of thier failure to act accordingly- people will lose trust in our vets. I have one I really like- although - we've exchanged words- you should be able to tell them your concerns! Dr. Karen Norman in Keswick is a terrific vet- to my knowledge as are the staff.
The real hero of the story is the woman who FINALLY came forward.
IF they refuse to help - who will.

A comment was made "it's because he's from India & his training is different' - that is not true, another person wrote (Indian) Vets in India do not treat animals like this, who care for animals.
He is here now - did he not have to have any sort of training to be a veterinary Dr. in Canada?
