This Oar was painted for my son! I gave him it blank for Christmas & asked him what he wanted on it. I can't express my glee when someone noticed it and before I could say anything - he said " Nice Pike!"
Weeee! lol He knew it was a Pike. I don't fish. I just paint fish.
They kinda all look the same to me so to have a fisherman know it was a pike - was perfect.
I've sold 2 Oars already. They are enjoyable to paint!
