Kids at the cottage... that's what my girls are. They follow me all day waiting to see what new adventure we will find! Everyday is an adventure. I've not been able to blog - YES, my wish for no WIFI has come true, remember that if you plan on visiting, the internet so SLOW I called the company & "suggested' they get the satelite of my roof if this is what they consider "service" - they should be paying us for the aggrivation. It's only aggrivating when I have to search or e mail someone or facetime with my son gets disconnected- other than that - I'm fine in digital detox mode. Thriving, truthfully.
We've had company - several.. all say the same: "WOW - you've been busy" because it looks like HOME. What do people think I do all day - paint? hee hee hee WEEE! YEP. & unpack. Norm & I accomplished much this past weekend I know it won't be long before he has his shop built & he is excited- EVERY day >we< are excited. Now again, we are planning, laughing & having fun- doing chores- go figure! Trees need to be cut & we have a big renovation in the house soon... I will be putting visitis on hold while we do. My friend said it looks like our furniture was made for this house- it does... I still can't believe we have downsized- as this house feels bigger than the last - my backyard is for sure!
Still, daily I am moved to tears - last night in my tub staring at my beautiful wooden ceiling.

I am also quite fond of Mindan, I' can't get over how friendly everone is & I've yet to meet someone I did not like.. I live between Minden & Haliburton - close to all; but in the middle with more peace! If you come up this way I reccomend you visit Abby Gardens - I was impressed & will be visiting weekely for some amazing fine food, homemade soups & I get to see the forest chickens! Painting soon. Bring your kids.

Hopefully my www issues have been resolved & I'll be back to posting regular..
