I started this bird a while back & forced myself to complete him before I started a new canvas! I've had/have many 1/2 finished canvas- it's a bad habit to start...
Now that Cannabis is legal in Canada - it's all business! LP's setting up must get growing!
Everyone is trying to make a buck or two. This isn't a factory where you can add a shift and turn out more product- it takes time to GROW business, plants and a future.
Have patience please.
Have patience with yourself if it's your first time growing - mistakes happen, bugs appear, crops fail (sorry but it's true) I can tell you the lessons I have witnessed my son experience and LEARN through have been tireless.. I've no doubts many give up because you know what... there is no better lesson than a lost crop when you NEED your medicine.
It's WORK. HARD work and the more plants you have the more work. 4 is a good number.
I can only imagine the pressures at some of these giant places- I can hear the boss squawking 'This shit ain't gonna trim itself!! lol All who have trimmed a harvest or two can easily relate, I've earned my trimming badge :) Actually I can't any longer- it hurts my hands to trim - I prefer hand trimmed over machine trimmed. Most people will only ever see machine trimmed.
I've given a few joints away this past week in my newest card! You can do that! It's LEGAL - just like offering my friend a glass of wine. Friends who I think might consider cannabis (mostly all older) because I care about them most -currently- older adults end up on chemical cocktails that take their lives ALL TOO EARLY , if they started to use cannabis for some if not MOST of their aches and pains they just might live a little longer- It's NOT cannabis that is PROVEN to kill. A joint is a start - they don't have to be confused with what to buy from the Ontario cannabis store they can have a little try... understand how they feel and decide from there. All joints have been well received and appreciated.
My mom has never smoked tobacco (me either) so I'll make her some edibles for when her hips & feet are hurting from all her parade marching & dancing. ;)
So for all that are not aware- Growing cannabis from soil & seed to harvest- IS WORK.
If you don't show your ladies love- they won't show you love in return - just like LIFE.
& remember come harvest time- No time to stall- This shit ain't gonna trim itself!!
I've started a new panting (of course) it cracks me up every time I sit in front of it!
To the point I can't wait to sit in front of it... this rainy weather is not bothering us- time to squeeze some paint! It's cannabis related by the way and I hope it makes you smile as ,such as it makes me smile.
