We in canada have had the coldest day of the year (it was COLD- My nostrils hurt.
To yesterday the warmest n record - not a week later.. in January and tonight it's like frozen rain blizzard. Oh Canada.
Thankfully, we're content to paint the day away- the dogs get restless.
BUT Canadians, remember to move your butt. Stretch, walk up and down some stairs... use it or lose it & I know some (like myself) are feeling the weather, it's the changing that has me in pain and dramatic changes at that. Canadian weather is never boring. As you see Below- Poppy is feeling the same way I do. Keep warm & stay safe on the icy roads.
