You can kinda see the shine -but not on the bear, whom I assure you is covered in dark brown shimmering fur.
It'sFriday, Spring has officially started & the snow just disappeared this week & we're expecting a snow storm this afternoon. Typical Canadian spring, luckily we all realize -it won't last and will probably all melt in a few days... leading to some possible flooding. Highway 35 had the road completely washed away last week -it was repaired quickly. The power of water is amazing.
I'm enjoying these critters in circles- I've already sketched out the next - a trash panda. :)
A new twirling art creation is also on the desk awaiting final details & a bible quote on the back, I'm not sure which one - it will come to me as I read this morning. This will probably be the last opportunity to ski -if not already closed for the season... that's o.k. as most are ready for a real spring! The kind with green shoots and buzzing creatures...bring it on!
I was listening to another terrific Joe Rogan podcast #2102 about 'status', fascinating stuff & once you comprehend it's a cycle that repeats itself from the beginning of time - it feels some what easier to accept & 'watch' happening & remember:
1 Samuel 2:7... The Lord makes poor and makes rich
he brings low and he exalts.
He raises up the poor from the dust;
he lifts the needy from the ash heap
to make them sit with princes
and inherit a seat of honour.
I still see people comment from time to time: Money is the root of all evil.
It is not, it does not state that in the bible. What it does say is: The LOVE of money, is the root of all evil.
What some do with their money is evil... their choice, they will be judged for their choices.. sooner or later.
We read a lot about Poor stealing food, cars, stuff... not so much about the Rich who steal millions/billions from the poor. Take TAXES for example, this new carbon tax will kill some who are already struggling. I've also been reading about 'Permits' in Canada - costing homeowners thousands & making it extremely difficult to build more homes for those who need it the most... Government theft is more of a problem that the poor who steal food - to feed themselves. Fact.
Yesterday I read : Secret RCMP report warns Canadians may revolt once they realize how broke they are.
As we say in Canada: No shit, Sherlock! No wonder Trudeau is worried about protests, more are anticipated.
Our current Government sure loves money & giving it to other countries.. and taking elaborate vacations. Phhhhbt.
Many use their money & influence to serve & put God first.. we only hear about the 1% who are nasty & manipulative..
I'm sure that's not the case. Either way: God has us ALL, exactly where we are meant to be.
Teach only Love (rich or poor) as that is what we are.
