'Mama Bear' was a nickname appointed by Neev Tapiero - who owns CALM.
I own it, the nickname & proud of it.
He would warn people.. 'don't mess with Mama Bear she will 'feather you up' in a heart beat.' I once heard him say.. and meant it. The person he was speaking to knew it, looked at me and walked away. Feathering Right.
Although my cub is grown and exploring... instincts still kick in from time to time and the claws are ready. Instinct. I can't help myself. Can any Mama Bear?

Bears have been playing in my mind for some time... I feel like a bear and it's not always good. My back against the cave wall, claws out, growling all the time it seems... hibernation Ends, much like this bear has clawed her way out of my imagination and here she is. It's time to claw my way out of the cave. How? New art direction, for one.
I'm enjoying the adventure, it's an 'meditative escape' quite simply. I imagine happiness, peace, quiet, nature, creatures - fields full of love. I can Be Bear. I'm making life bearable.
The adventure will continue with every gentle tap of my brush flows love, imagined dreams painted onto paper.
I can be Bear & Poppy I can be Fox - bird - Bird... in my mind ;) the rest are all imagined bears.
Tired & Lonely, struggling to believe in life & love Bear is considering an adventure.
There must be something, somewhere or even someone which will inspire bear, help her believe in love & life and recognize beauty surrounds her. Always. Will she see it?
Her eyes not wide open... yet.
What lies across the shore? How will she get there?
Who will she meet along the way? What will she do day to day..
