This is my tv sketch book where I sketch quickly - whatever scene I'm watching, usually taking no more than 5 minutes.
I paint it later for a warm up. Harriet Tubman (on Netflix) is beautiful. What an impressive woman. God, Love, courage, strength, faith. A movie about a relationship with trusting God , having faith - in God & yourself, when no one else does.
My favourite line from the movie (not sure of the exact wording):
What is a man, to a woman who is in a relationship with God?
For those who have eyes and see, ears that hear.
It also reminded me of one of the reasons I love Canada - our history. Helping others.
A powerful movie about love during a terrible time.
