Happy Hanukkah!
I find all holidays fascinating, all over the world. The meaning, symbolisms, decorations, festivities & food - all something to celebrate. How wonderful would it be to travel the world and land at locations during “holidays’ celebrations & festivals. In a covid free world of course, currently many are still celebrating virtually, lets hope 2022 brings us back to seeing each other in person & enjoying each others company for our holidays & traditions.
For my Jewish friends - Happy Hanukkah! I wish you more love & light in your lives - everyday.
I love candles, even a tiny tealight. Be the light - shine, anyway you know how.
Light the way for others. I love Christmas tree lights too.
It’s tree time, it’s up - simply to enjoy decorations I’ve not seen in a couple of years. Imagine back in the day- sticking real candles on trees, yikes. NO. This is not advisable. I learned several years ago, Christmas trees are dangerous & cause many fires over the decades, please take care with your trees.
My kitten today reminded me of kittens & Christmas trees as I heard the tree “tinkling’ and looked to see all the ornaments gently swaying- my kitty in the tree, he was being very gentle and climbed down without knocking anything off so it was pretty amusing. What ever your tradition or holiday, I hope it brings you JOY.
