Happy Good Friday. This Good Friday.. not so good.
Worst case scenario for Canada during this pandemic is not anything to celebrate. Yesterday, my social media experience could have easily 'gotten ugly' (lol) so, I got off. Trying to explain why it's not such a good idea to go out & buy chocolate bunnies to a stranger on IG - who's concerned about children's mental health & not getting chocolate bunnies.. DUH. You tell me... What is going to be more detrimental to a childs mental health? Missing out on a chocolate bunny this year - or missing out on a grandparent for the rest of their lives, because some dumbbunny thought it was important to go out to buy CHOCOLATE fucking bunnies. Pearls before Swine. Wasting my time.
I do not understand the ignorance at this point.

I just wanted to paint - not think. I was pleased with the results - seat come to life on My IG account : GeorgiaToons My favorite part of 'all this' social isolation around the world is how the animals are exploring cities. Awesome.
Today, I am appropriately painting Jesus - On Good Friday. Jesus rising to this.. wearing a mask. Thinking about Death - how can you not? Prayer.
I look forward to finishing hopefully by tomorrow.
Norm is chipping wood & I'm making paths :) wooohoooo (photos below) the snow is gone (almost) & were both excited to explore the property and get to WORK. Feeling grateful for the distractions. That being said.. I dropped the wagon handle on my big toe & broke it- it's black & blue - no visit to emerge needed tho- not for a toe. Not NOW.. Good excuse to finish painting Jesus.
Timing - perhaps we should ALL be pondering jesus today- and NOT fucking easter bunnies, baskets, chocolate eggs and toys- Christmas all over. No Jesus at all. This is a PERFECT situation to educate children on the pandemic - 'chocolate bunnies' and quality time.. Doug Ford announced the Easter bunny is not effected or some remark - along those lines. HOLY.. How many parents are struggling with bills - let alone Easter chocolates.
It's going to be a lonely Easter for many (those who do social distance) not being able to be with friends and family.. I think better way to think of it is we are keeping OUR families alive for more celebrations for many years to come.
I like the isolation - it was nicer when it was not caused by a pandemic.
