Snot. Where the heck does it come from?? I feel I'll be 10 lighter when I'm done blowing my nose. Storm had it first, now I do and Norm remarked "my throat hurts" this a.m., it's how it works every time, according to the news we are not alone. I was listening to a woman Dr. promote the Flu vaccine (NO thanks) according to her "this years strain is only proving to be 33% helpful". I feel sick, I slept all day yesterday off & on - this is life, we all get sick, REST, stay hydrated, food, rest, sleep - a few days and your feeling better. I won't be getting the flu shot- ever. Research it in detail- I'd be curious of your conclusion.
It's been cold again this week, I've mentioned before I can NOT take dogs - 'crying', last night I was just drifting off (after 11p.m.) when I heard the neighbours dog crying... it was cold and I could hear it whine and paw at the glass door.. it got quiet, then it would do it again - I could hear it shivering with it's crying. I got so pissed off, I finally had enough came into my office googled their address and phoned them - I got the machine " your dog is crying!..." the dog was let in shortly after my call. I know they don't like me - ask me if I care. It's not the first time I have seen or heard one of their animals in distress. I think they went to bed and forgot about the dog (sure it happens) & it wouldn't bark to get in! What am I to do turn a blind eye? Never. They can't speak, we must speak for them.
You better believe if I hear your dog out freezing and crying I'm gonna call you, I don't care the time. This was in the news this week and I agree - there is NO excuse to leave your dog tied up or locked outside especially in this COLD weather.. http://www.cbc.ca/news/dog-tethering-1.4517235 A dog will go an lie down in a corner, people who never let their dogs in should not have dogs. Dogs (pets) are part of the family not objects to discard or ignore.
It's back to bed for me already- with a good book- An American Wedding.
Every now and then I am meant to read a book- this one jumped at me - I asked to have it picked up - knowing nothing about the book - other than Oprah remarking git was her new fav' - I felt so sick I said "just get me that one". I started it yesterday the main characters name is Celestial' but she is called Georgia' and that is established right away. W are similar in many ways, I feel I'm meant to read this book - so back to bed I go. Book review soon!
