Fox grass 8 x 8 gouache on black
These grasses are off my deck, I love them - tall & green & lush in summer and still tall (yellow) all through winter!
They are painted with my new paint, the gold makes them pop & feel a bit airy' especially against the black background.
I now have several metallic paints, later in the week I'll share the differences including price and paintability, hopefully it will take out some of the guess work for those interested in adding them to your arsenal of art supplies... heehee.
OMGosh... How invigorating to see the sunshine -before 7 a.m.! YAY! Yesterday we sat on the deck for over an hour in just a T-shirt (pants too-lol) absorbing every Sunday we could, the girls had their noses in the air -taking I all the smells with the snow melting, the expected rain will only clean everything up. Paintings await!
