Have you tried cannabis? Have you ordered from the Ontario cannabis Store?
Even if you did it does not mean you tried cannabis... yet. It could be caught up in the postal strike somewhere, who knows. It appears legal cannabis in Canada already has growing pains - we ran out, wrong orders were shipped, long lines, excessive packaging, poor service, mistakes- etc. The Ontario cannabis store- is not the hit' that was expected. For all whom were concerned about registering with the big government outlet for privacy reasons - apparently had reason to be concerned: private information has been leaked already for a few thousand. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/ontario-cannabis-store-data-breach-canada-post-customer-orders-1.4895619?cmp=news-digests-canada-and-world-morning .
Those who did receive were not all please customers as there are many complaints being filed www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/ocs-cannabis-complaints-1.4886522
Products gone missing, over billing, poor customer service, quality issues and more- it appears Canada has a few growing pains to go through, one solution is going to be - thankfully, PRIVATE smaller retailers opening in April = more options. It's frustrating Ontario did not allow this from the start- in my mind- it's all just stalling so they can TRY to get their act together. Wo's suffering while they do? YOU the customer.
I am very relieved I do not have to worry about these issues... last night my son came home to cook dinner! It was a wonderful meal & visit, we discussed all thats been going on and it has come as no shock... It's also interesting to see & hear many before who looked down on cannabis - have suddenly become interested and keen- no kidding- because now not only is it legal but everyone and their grandmother thinks they will make $$$ from it. Good luck, it's not as easy as some think & no one wants to buy bud from someone who is not passionate about the plant, those just in it for a buck will soon be 'weeded out. Many think they will grow and start to turn out quality cannabis and be rolling in the $... forgetting some of these guys/gals growing are already established growing - quality cannabis, like my own son and his friends - they have decades of experience already, love what they do & it shows.
We will be watching growing pains for a few months yet- In April when other store are available and edibles become legal- it's going to be an entire new ball game, one I am excited to watch... and sample!
My iPad won't be fixed for a few days - you need an appointment, interesting - right now I am enjoying the break painting... I realize I'm not stopping to take photos, I am enjoying every moment of just painting. Currently it's a large Great Canadian Horned owl overseeing a cannabis field - my son saw it yesterday and already asked for it- so it's his, it's not often that he does ask for a painting.. the details will be added today & then I'm thinking of what to paint for remembrance day. 100 years since the first war.
Ginger & Daisy have become best buds.. more so than Poppy & Ginger & I can't get enough of their cuteness.. Speaking of growing pains - Ginger also is fangless right now lol - never have I had a dog who brings me her teeth and spits them in my hand- makes me laugh.. the tooth fairy is bringing her a special toy this weekend!
Time to get creative! How about YOU??
