Do you like cookies? I DO! Good cookies, preferably homemade and gingerbread are hard to beat, I was given these cookies for Christmas- overtime I look at the now empty box I salivate. I want you to know about them too.. they are in Aurora & called: Cookie it up!
My next visit - I'm getting a couple of boxes.
What helps you feel good? Comfort food? What would it be? Anything made by someone else? lol That's usually what I prefer. Well, I have a head cold just starting and it's got me feeling tired & grumpy this morning- but still in the mood for home made butter tarts.
Homemade carrot cake, Canadian Butter tarts (with pecans), mashed potatoes & gravy... frig- I'm getting hungry. I have an increased appetite these days, which is good as I feel I'm putting on a bit of weight ;D yeeeeeee! - lol who knew I'd be happy about this but I am. I attribute my appetite increase to Cannabis & mushrooms - both give me the munchies" I'm learning 'not to ignore' the munchies, there are always healthy snacks to grab - better than the other options - so if not feeling well, you still eat right.
Scalloped potatoes, spinach salad? Chicken canelloni!? It's chilly again, can you tell I'm cold
with a small touch of cabin fever? I'm making a few recipes I found from this old fatguy (a Canadian) - just looking at his recipes has me drooling! This old boy knows what he is doing, I can smell - I mean tell! lol He is on Instagram too.

Since discovering him - I've already made the butter tarts 3 times! - each time they last no more than 2 days. It's that shot of rum! Today - it's my only creating I plan on doing outside of my office because no matter how sick I feel- there is always room for butter tarts! Homemade healthier options (no corn syrup). I used the bought shells for this batch- but home made pie crust is better- that's the next batch.
Another cute card idea next- why not- because you can make them anytime - not just for valentines. & a Gift to make for every bong lover you know.
