Blessed Bee...
This past week I feel we witnessed the start of the handmaiden tale come true - thanks to GEORGIA in the USA -WTF Georgia!? The Handmaidens Tale (by Canadian Margaret Atwood) frightenes me, it frightens me for young women/female children toddlers & those yet to arrive... how do you inform a young woman that an old rich white man has decided what she may or may not do with her own body? This is 2019 in an educated (phhhhbt- state - Georgia abortion law) I am for abortion - NOT as I encourage abortion - I DO not BUT I DO encourage BIRTH CONTROL - like men wearing condoms or having a vasectomy.
This attempt at a viable argument - reading 'a baby is a living baby as an egg... (remarked by a man on social media) who probably later in the day masturbate hundreds of sperm into a sock that could have helped create a child - is that not MASS murder? To read that even if a woman has been raped or becomes impregnated by a family member she still can not have an abortion is shameful! Never mind a child being born that is not wanted- born into abuse, neglect & harm is FUCKED UP & this LAW is exactly what will happen.
My heart breaks for all the young woman who will have a careless moment as well & will have their futures altered- the facts are facts & it is the poor -already struggling whom this will harm the most. WTF is wrong with Americans that they would allow this to happen?
It is heart breaking to even think about.
No BEEs were harmed to create this painting.... Bees live in my gazebo- this happens every year, I don't know why.. the numbers are better this year, they are already dead when they fall out from the top, I guess it's the others finding them and cleaning out the hive. I love my BEEs - the things I stress over when thinking about moving - they are one. Today is World Bee day! I feel we abuse our bees too.. frig they work so hard for our honey & are dying - I believe if you like honey & you have property YOU should keep bees to contribute to your consumption of ANYTHING we eat. If not for bees we would be dead... they help us GROW.
I never throw my little Bee bodies in the trash- I draw them or when I find one I will usually pick it up, thank it for it's service - lay it on a flower & wish it a peaceful passing into a new realm. ;) BE kind to the Bees Please.
Today & always.
