Signs of fall are here, from chilly mornings, dark mornings to leaves turning -it's here. So far so good! Magnificent.
Not officially 'here ' for a few more days-but it's definitely 'int the air.
What's not to love? The cold keeps the mosquitos slow & stupid. I hardly noticed them on the forest walk.
I have to 'encourage Ginger' & this expandable 'easy, comfortable leash I use works great at gently 'nudging' her and easy on off, not like she's running anywhere. I love my moseying loaf. I force her. No walks no having out with the pac or treats, she figures it out pretty fast & Arrow keeps a close eye on her and snaps at her to keep moseying alone little loaf. She is losing ripples', thank God. With my knee fracture we were off to a slow start but we're back at the forest - adventures yay!!
I was thinking how powerful Jesus us.. telling the raging storm to Be Still... Peace. & it was so.
There is no greater power, created & fuelled by Love. Every time I read a bible Jesus becomes more real.. emotions that were missed are now apparent . No doubts at times he thought - I'm dying for these... sheep? Wolves in sheeps clothing?
I was also noticing in early Mark (not sure where) how frustrating it was for Jesus at times, that some simply did not believe, some who knew him his entire life and doubted'... they saw with their eyes what was happening but did not see, they heard of the healing but doubted anyway! They attended the teaching.. yet even those closest to him - struggled daily- to believe in Him. How many times did they question feeding the masses.. one too many would have been enough.
Just like many now. Do you really believe in Jesus?
The smartest people in the world have proven God exists.
People don't believe... Yet, they have no issues asking God 'on a whim & in a jam - but not much in between -' for a gift? Life? Riches? Success. Others only look for God during struggles. If you think God is only good during struggle- you are missing out! With faith comes daily rewards! lol Like finding polypore on a stick! God is great when we are Joyful.
I found such a 'score' today on our adventure - some black polypore on a stick' They dry lovely from what I recall so I'm definitely going to incorporate it into art. A baby BLUE mushroom, now e'll watch it grow and an egg' in a stump. Growing. I would not be shocked to find some alien in it... time will tell. Imagine all the possibilities.
I'm still watching the Allison Inquiry - man it makes me angry & sad... disgusted. Especially the young people that died, the children & the babies. This is absolutely a crime against Canadians & humanity. The more you know, the les you will fall for in the future. Canada JUST gave the Ukraine MORE money, right after Carnage Carney told Canadians - things would be getting tighter.. more difficult - more expensive - due to Trumps Tariffs.
Please, he's just provoking Canadians at this point. Poking the Bear.
