I have been watching this forest egg' for over a month! Last night after the amazing moon - it has popped open!
I had to run back and get my camera and set it up for a tiny time-lapse - very cool! It has this deep green slime in it that the flies went crazy for- you can see them consume it in the time-lapse (shared on Instagram). I did not get close enough for a sniff, too early in the a.m. for that. This site does a lovely job on Stinkhorns.
There are 5 I'm still watching, the rest are not ready to open. There are countless mushrooms in the woods! It's getting a little tricky now to spot them amongst yellow, orange & red leaves. Today I am seeing spots of Yellow! If you want to see this beauty unfold - get ready, it's soon. The Haliburton forest - that high up walkway they have -would be very cool this time of year. The stinkhorn is not fully open! I had to charge my phone for another time-lapse, I was excited to share... apparently they are edible especially in egg stage', ummmmmm 'no thank you.
Lets talk about Noahs Ark! Noahs ark?! Have you seen what's happening - yes, confirmed this is Noahs Ark in Turkey and it just gets better daily - I get goosebumps knowing it's true... With God all things are possible! Noahs ark - Praise Jesus! The Lord does all things in his own time... including show the truth, it's also a little concerning as it is another end of times "Jesus is coming!"- prophecy. The knowledge, the discovery - The confirmation!
The anticipated Return of The King & I don't mean Elvis- albeit, some suspect he too shall return.

I can't remember being this excited about news, in a long time. Or a stinky fly covered mushroom!
