Roger Rabbit died... Athene got to him. I was angry, she has so many toys - but found this one in my closet and destroyed it. I have had it a long time, it is my favourite animated/live action movie.  Dogs, they are not perfect- well Arrow and Poppy are.  She didn't get a beating but she was blocked from the bedroom and knew I was pissed... later thinking about what a good dog she actually is, not taking off, gentle with poppy, doesn't eat treats I leave on the coffee table, doesn't eat the chickens... it was just an old toy, Stuff. Her love and training are more important than an old toy.. Maybe I'll try to make him a clay head face, maybe I'll just toss it.

What a beautiful Sunday morning this is, yesterday was an exceptionally crafty day- so much so I was exhausted, me & the foam cutter got quite the work out!

I was missing my girlfriend Marie, perhaps it's because of my knee... it only hurts if I do as much as I did yesterday  & the damp days, I felt it a little more. My friend Marie had a sore knee, but she could walk, I tried to convince her to tolerate it until it simply didn't work but she liked to travel (a lot), I was so much against knee surgery.. she did not tell me when she was having her surgery, she died from complications, of knee surgery a few days after she had it.  She died FROM complications of knee surgery. Died from knee surgery.  I miss her.

I also lost my young friend Lauren, she's mentioned in this blog lots, I have photos of her in her nurse costume at one of our halloween parties..she was in the hospital and I'm not going into details because It still makes me cry- the hospital fucked up. Plain and simple, every time I think of it I get angry - how could that happen!? It did & she was just 30 and I miss her and her parents & family miss her more. We have put too much faith into modern medicine. We are rarely made aware of all that does go wrong in hospitals.  You are reading this for a reason, on tis day.

I watched this 60 minutes (Australia) and it was a stark reminder- stuff I didn't even consider - things created', implanted (literally)  to help us heal - kill.  My dad Billy, had a hip replacement - the part they put in - was NOT compatible with his body and the flesh around it started to disintegrate. That was the start of his ultimate demise, he spent months in the hospital which added to his mental decline.  I am 100 % positive - IF he was in the hospital now- they would offer or encourage him to use M.A.I.D.  - ALL for a product that was not meant to be put in his body, If I knew then what I know now- I would have encouraged my mom to take legal action. They removed and replaced it something safer'  but the damage had been done.. mentally & physically. I miss him the most.   My mom had that thing for years, in the closet... long after my dad was gone.

It's a rude awakening we are all having some days, understanding that most everything is driven by money & profit over peoples health & happiness.. We have been lied to for decades from everything from the food pyramid, tobacco, alcohol*causes cancer - and hospital and medicine- surgeries are the 3rd leading cause of death in The USA probably Canada.  This was a really interesting doc about how our food was poisoned- it's mind blowing what people tried to get away with and sad how change was forced because of deaths. It also is testament to ONE person can make life altering changes - for us all.  Knowledge is power, if you have to have surgery I hope you ask all sorts of questions, put it off as long as possible and ask God for help before you go under the knife - or take new medications.

I miss them - because I loved them, so that's good.  Blessed I had the pleasure of their company while they were here, it still doesn't take away my anger & frustration at the medical INDUSTRY...  Enjoy this day the Lord has made, we never know when it might be our last. I do believe when God says our time is up - it's up but those accidents were absolutely lessons FOR others to learn, I'm not going to forget them & I'm always going to  try to discourage people from having stuff they don't absolutely need done.
