YouTube is the best.. even with ads.
I have learned more from YouTube in 10 years than any 'schooling' ever. Including high school and more- especially for animation. I've actually learned about more and deeply.. topics I am interested in from cooking to painting to political issues. I'm grateful for YouTubers that teach us much, for their hard work and research & for sharing their talents and gifts for all of us. Some also make money $$ and so they should. Painting is relaxing and often I do it in silence but I also prefer listening to podcasts, audio books & YouTube videos. Some things fascinate me, some amuse and some make my blood boil, and some does bring sadness at learning things I mightn't have if no internet access.. but I believe, when you know, you can do better, be better and help yourself & others.
You no longer need a dietitian, you can learn all about eating healthier on YouTube. exercise coach - some still prefer humans to pressure them (remind them) to keep active but you can learn of any sport' and how to be the best at it from YouTube, from soccer to Tai Chi, of course none of it matters if you don't practice what you learn. I believe you no longer need to go to a university to be the best - and can avoid thousands of dollars in student loans and grants - just by actually focusing on what you want and educating yourself.. those who desire it enough, will succeed. It's the same situation with everything though - use it or lose it. Not only that - you get to choose your teachers, style of learning and hone your craft!

(heehee just joking my American pals) but if you think most of what he teaches doesn't apply to us Canadians, you are being naive. Check out this episode: The Business of keeping people poor I found this episode particularly concerning as we seem to be going the same direction with 'Government funded programs & Dental (one example) and they are fertile ground for corruption. Imagine someone telling you your baby needs a root canal!? Fearful but - it's free' - you just might. When we were kids we had free dentists that came to the school and I have a mouth full of fillings (mercury) to prove it, all acquired when just a little kid and I never remember having anything done. Strangely, I never had any issues or cavities in my teens or early adulthood. Later in life I had a dentist friend explain to me that this was a prevalent problem in the school systems, those dentists that did it for 'free' - do you think they weren't getting paid? They were, and some were probably 'inspired' to do a little more than necessary. The same thing with major surgery in Canada, we don't pay but they get paid - why wouldn't they do what ever to keep the 'machine' chugging along. They do. Not all... but a few. Watch and learn how government supported facilities like children's dentistry, kidney dialyses facilities are abusing the system. Suddenly root canals for kids & kidney dialysis is sky rocketing - they must keep the machines working. It's a brutal eye opener. I'd rather be aware and cautious than to be professionally poisoned by an industry (proven too many times to ignore) that cares more about $$$ than the people they pretend to care about.
You should & must be an advocate for your own health & safety first, research!! Please, remember I do believe in very good, professional & caring Dr.s, nurses, health care providers - I have been fortunate to know several! Perhaps, this is why I am so adamant you find the help you need & deserve (we pay enough taxes) by someone who TRULY cares for your benefit. Did you know life expectancy in Canada declined.. WTF? Well the official 'Canada' www site NOW suggests it's increased again (a little) but 'fewer are reporting 'health an happiness'. Frankly, after covid, vaccines mandates, bank account freezing, jailing truckers (those who built this country & keep it MOVING) for standing up for all of us, our own PM making threats and throwing insults, Carney being placed, before elected, SEEING how companies constantly rip us off - BREAD prices, meat & eggs too, and get a slap on the wrist... I don't trust the government anymore and I'm not alone. Who's feeling comfortable about filing taxes this year!!?? It sounds like a nightmare & if you are not aware you are not paying attention. You are guilty and must prove your innocence but good luck with getting in touch, with anyone & they will take your money, like it or not- not caring about your bills or obligations. AI to the rescue? Wait & see.
All those people - out of jobs, won't be able to pay their taxes. :(

RESEARCH YOUR DOCTORS, research your medicine, watch educational factual videos - make sure they are real. Research your options. Research - it could save your life. YouTube anything and everything.. the more you know the better prepared you can be to deal with all that life gives us... all lessons God will have us learn. I am on painting 39 - of 40!!! I'll admit, I feel quite accomplished - happy even! It's been such an enjoyable project.
I learned so much. lol and with 10 days to spare, wow. I still have work to do ! & new creations to create.
