WOW! who's ready to go skiing? I'm not sure how much snow everyone got but we got a nice amount - depends on who you ask.. lol. Ginger had to walk in the tire tracks to keep up with us today. Interesting that it's almost a year to the date that we had our snow last year. Apparently Aurora only got a 'dusting' so I'm guessing Toronto -no. I love this snow! The snow that drapes everything, you have to be a little careful when walking under pine trees- they can hold quite a bit of snow! It's also packing snow - snowman snow! Where's my mittens.
I'm finishing cards today! Adding white glitter - a tiny detail that brings the touch of magic/snow to cards!
Haliburton is a winter playground! Not that far of a drive from the city - there's fantastic restaurants, little shops with all sorts of gifts and 'souvenirs' of your Haliburton adventure. , coffee shops to stop and warm up! I'm not sure if the ski hill is open yet- if not I bet they are scrambling! No point wasting one moment of snow season.
We are excited to venture out - the great part about it being packing snow, we can walk the forest -still!
