I sent Storm a message yesterday: Guess where I am today?! Storm: Where?
Me: On a Foray with Jesus! Lol. & included my painting. The imagination is a powerful tool & I used it for the benefit of giving my mind a rest.. relaxing in the woods. We had a wonderful day looking for mushrooms. Peaceful wandering, Jesus looking down as he walks because I took the dogs with us & we know - Shit happens. Hee hee
Laugh if you want, do you know what I wasn’t doing? Watching the bullshit news, getting concerned & frustrated & depressed - because- yes, it’s a bit depressing to know you are being ruled by a dictator.
Pondering Peace is important, especially when your country’s “leader” invokes an act of war on his own country.. arresting protestors for bouncy castles, tow truck drivers because they refuse to tow trucks, dancing, singing, feeding each other, supporting each other, protesting. Trudeau wants to ensure we are NOT permitted to protest in the future. Threats of arrest, taking children from parents, *good luck- that will absolutely be like adding fuel to the flame if they try that stunt. Allowing the government, banks & insurance to freeze private finances!? WTF - Such a slippery slope!
Setting precedence for a wave of rules that IF you don’t agree with Trudeau - fine, he’ll just freeze your account.
I can’t see it happening… not without a fight.
That’s what Trudeau appears to desire- a fight., not the truckers.
The world is watching, the USA knows if this ‘act’ is permitted they could be next - if this doesn’t sound like a Margaret Atwood book - I don’t know what does. Isn’t this how it starts in a Hand Maidens tale? Yep.
Today, I think I’ll paint Jesus fishing, gardening, hiking. Filling my mind with peace & love & praying this Justin Jokery is soon over, before HE does anymore damage to Canada.
The drawing was inspired by something I read in the bible: 1 Timothy 4:3. …who forbid marriage and require abstinence from foods that God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. Psilocybin mushrooms come to mind- what do you think?
