Hate energy drains you. I hate that in our life time, we have intentionally been driven by fear by those who promised to lead us. As a child I was afraid of nuclear bombs being dropped, that is what we were taught might happen. I was afraid of Russia & China taking over, that is what we were taught to anticipate. I was fearful of rain for a bit because all we heard about (what we were taught) was the damage of ACID rain, burning our skin on impact. We were taught to be fearful of others 'not like us'. We were taught the ice caps were melting and parts of land would be submerged, at least a few decades ago (California is still here - 50 years later). We were taught to stay away from anyone with AIDS, that they were dirty' & it was a dirty disease. We were taught to be gay was to be mentally ill. We were taught sex was bad... usually by a bunch of adults who were having sex, all the time. We were taught stealing was bad & you'd go to jail.. then you get older, wiser and ponder taxes, you start to rethink - what exactly is considered theft? Especially in Canada where we have some of the highest taxes in the world: Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Corporate Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Property Tax, Payroll Taxes, Excise Taxes, Import and Export Taxes, Municipal Taxes.
We were taught world war three is on the verge' . We were told alcohol was bad.. o.k., that one turned out to be true. We were taught - stepping on a crack, would break our mothers back! Step on a line, break your fathers spine! HOLY Moly - is there any wonder why - so many are sick & exhausted from a lifetime constant fear mongering.
Here I am (we are), 6 decades later, still being told & taught to hate, divide and be fearful. Fear fire, climate change, tornados, chemtrails', Aliens, Monkey pox, rainbows, bat attacks, sex trafficking, cyber hacking, evil elites drinking children's blood... the opportunity to hate is eternal. It is also costly (I don't mean taxes), it is costly to our health- constantly being fearful causes many to feel & experience: constant fatigue, insomnia, illness, crying easily, detachment from things we once enjoyed, irritability, anger, lack of motivation, hopelessness, job dissatisfaction (happening in Japan now, on a grand scale). it eats away at all of us. Stop falling for fear.
This is not to say some of these situations are not accurate but to force us, to continually focus on them, is the ultimate level of hate. Hate for the people by it's own government - proven to encourage us to live in FEAR. Proven propaganda by "news" we watched, now exposed as programming. I realized recently (thanks to hateful situation) I am not triggered by fear as much as actually bored of bullshit. It's been one fearful event after another for as long as we have existed.
Fact - fearful people are easier to control. Hate leads to suffering, Love leads to growth & unity...
Hate destroys, Love grows & rebuilds.
Together we stand, divide we ALL fall.
Today, I'm focusing on good stuff happening because I know California is still here, we've not been covered in a new ice age, being gay is just being different, world war three has not happened or is it? lol. ... & I have stood on countless cracks.
