While painting, I thought:
Can you afford to wait/waste one more moment, not to focus on your relationship with God?
I have met many people and now, in the present - I could guess, most (if not all) who didn't believe in God.
I feel sad thinking about some now.. had then known the Love that come with knowing Jesus, confidence in Christ, they might have had their dreams & goals all come true.
We all make our own choices, God is never to blame for anyones actions.
My generation and older knows 'books', I love books. Thinking back to all the books I read, I wished I had read the bible sooner. Every time I read it now, I feel my eyes and mind opening and understand forgiveness and salvation a bit better. Why do you think The Bible is still around, certainly no 'fad', one of the most read and studied book. The most profound, powerful book ever.. it is:
The word of God.
So my advice.. why NOT read it? Get curious, Be inspired & enraged.
It is the best 'Self Help' book on this planet.

How can you ask anything of God and Jesus when you can't make the effort to read The Word of God?
Yet we read every Stephen King in existence, sometimes twice. Choose wisely.
When you spend time with God, God spends time with you ...cliché? Perhaps.
