I have a new tool! Oh my.... I got a new tool to cut out the foam art. I used it yesterday for the first time & with each cut my eyes widened and my heart beat faster- with excitement! lol. AND I don't need to ask anyone to use any tools to do it for me- not because I don't know how to use them but my arthritic hands make it cumbersome. This - This... OH MY!
The tool warns to only use it 40 minutes at a time and that was my biggest problem- stopping to give IT a break.
The details I have already achieved on my first attempt- I can't wait to paint! So.. yes tools make the difference. The saw gave the foam a rough crumbly edge- this- yes, it cuts like butter. I am also keeping bigger scraps to play around and see what I can create with tinier pieces. The bird is one. So, yes tools make the difference some times. I do think it's best when we sill go through all the steps- without the tools, then you understand how things work and better appreciate the help,when it comes along. click 'Here' to this tool, which I did get off Amazon.
Needless to say.. I'll be extra busy for a few days- playing, discovering & creating.
I have a special Jesus in my mind to create but not feeling confident with the tools completely so I'll practice on other things while contemplating Jesus, that's always a pleasure anyways.
Jesus with water.. that's a hint. Water is Life. I've been thinking HOW to 'do the water. maybe I can use real water -a Jesus fountain!? Lord knows, we must have a fountain pump around here somewhere. How will Protect it from the water if I do... Duck Duck Go awaits! The possibilities are endless.
Looks like things are indeed escalating with Trump & ...STUFF -there's always STUFF - hard to wrap my mind around it all most days - worry accomplishes nothing. Praying accomplishes things you are not even aware of- prayer is also problem solving. Pray about it. Pray and keep creative! Looks like a beautiful day in the forest- no hints of smoke or fires.

P.S. Did you know there are tiny drones that function to kill mosquitos!? Sounds very cool & interesting but costly -just over $1,000. Still - how fun to watch, I am guessing... kinda. Then I remember these tiny drones can take out humans too.
