A work in process.. So far so good, kinda. My snail fell off & a piece of mushroom.. but it's easy to glue back. The snail weighs nothing.. The first coat had to be damp to get in all the cracks and then needed to dry again, it's delicate but I think with more mixing it will hold better, and warmer hands. I am pleased, so far.
Holy Snow.. apparently more is on the way, Norm & Storm make a great snow clean up team, including a path for the dogs to be able to run out on the driveway - Yay! IF Toronto is going to get as much as anticipated, clean up might take a bit. I actually learned why Texas is so concerned an it was fascinating, never having anticipated - 30 weather.. they don't build for it, so many weather related things happen, pipes bursting, power lines down and NO snow equipment (like we have) to clean it up, turning a few hours into a few days for clean up. That being said, it had happened and they never did anything incase it happens again, which it is now happening. So. Hopefully no lives will be lost. A few have said "It's not snowing.. it's like very fine." It's Misting! That's what happened here and I can assure you - it will accumulate.
I thought I'd try the t light clay pot thing - my bedroom gets the coldest so I was curious to put it to the test & was indeed impressed at the amount that pot put out. I put mine on a small cookie sheet, clay claws (a friend bought me over a decade ago) with 3 t lights. I don't have any cats to worry about, not that I think they would go near it & no open flames to get at. It went for 6 hours and went out and the pot stayed warm for a while, perfect for keeping out the chill. I do prefer to sleep in a cool room than hot.
New protest awareness.. this time against Carney, go figure. I keep seeing these sappy photos of him, as a goalie (with no mask, wishful thinking), hugging Bonhomme Carnaval mascot.. insert vomit emoji here, all the wile he's making deals with China and his campaign promise & warnings were - to avoid China. I can't even point out all he is doing without my skin crawling - so NO kidding Canadians WANT him OUT. Before he gives away more & takes MORE. I'm going to create an editorial cartoon. There are so many issues I on't know where to start, I'll ask Jesus for direction. The one below is pretty accurate, lol. I did not do it.
