I found some little bags.. so I'm painting them (finally) for fun - some I'll make into foray bags, the above was painted with Gouache & sprayed to protect. Due to the canvas' it's difficult to achieve detail but still able to get a somewhat detailed image- I drew it with a sharpie btw. I enjoy painting objects and have dug out a few shirts spruce up for this summer!
Soon the election will be over & Conservatives are going to win. Yay! Thank God, I can't ever remember seeing the level of anger or hate' for politicians like this before. I'll be the first to admit, in the past - my feelings about Steven Harper in particular, the detest I felt back then was strong - so strong I switched to liberal party and now here we are, I voted Conservative, this time. Changed my mimd for whom I think best represents Canada- the guy who lives here. We live & learn - HOPEFULLY. I was reading IF the liberals get in, there will be a surge of younger Canadians leaving (go figure) why stay in a place that can offer you nothing but longer work hours & higher grocery prices? The younger generation will in search of a better, more affordable, enriching life & leave so these older ageing Liberals with a shortage of people to look after them, who'd want to? Understanding they contributed to destroying any economy we have left. The anger they display is concerning, when they loose.. I think they 'will lose it' & it will escalate. I have read some comments on social media that only convince me - the group that appears the nastiest - is the boomers. Then I remembered...
The boomers are the generation that warned their kids: Stop crying or I'll give you something to cry about!

As they sipped on another martini and a smoke'. They were the ones that started the consumerism craze - because they worked and made good MONEY (back then) & they splurged on AFFORDABLE housing and vehicles and appliances- it was all affordable - back then. They bought several homes, one to live in and one to vacation at (GREED). They had fancy parties and fancy cars & constantly reminded us (their kids) kids are to be seen and not heard. Clearly, many still have this stagnant mentality. Why would anyone think they have become wiser, most seem to have become meaner. Thinking about yet another war- who will be sent? Not these crusty old boomers that give younger Canadians the finger & make sarcastic remarks - displaying a level of indignation I've not witnessed before... the level of hate, is disgusting & it's not coming from 'the kids'. The kids will suffer for their actions or lack of action.
I will be glad when Pierre wins & change comes... hope too.

HOLY frig... I don't know about you, but I had a 'Be careful what you wish for moment'. I was happy Klaus stepped down - from the WEF, hmmmm... turns out he didn't step down ran to hide is more like it. Has he been up to some sneaky business, and IS NOW being investigated (go figure). The guy who want's us to eat bugs.. a whistle blower alleging financial and ethical misconduct by Schwab and his wife Hilde. I guarantee you he is not dining on bugs. BUT his replacement - OMG.. the guy who once said "WATER IS NOT A BASIC HUMAN RIGHT." has taken his place.
ARE you paying attention? Canada should be especially concerned (AGAIN), they want Canadas water, bottled and sold at a PROFIT!
God created the earth for us all... who has the right to say they own the water?
It is A F*CKED up, greedy mentality.... if you vote for Carney - this is who you are voting for.

Either way - SOON this election will be over and then maybe we can ALL focus on helping the younger generations that will be struggling long after these boomers are gone, no matter if liberals or conservatives get in - the journey will be long and difficult.
Turning a blind eye, pretending not to know what JESUS asks of us. Who Jesus hung out with and helped... the poor, homeless & hungry. Yeah, remember that this Sunday as you consume the body of Christ and 'live' a life opposite to his teachings. One reason (of several) why I stopped attending 'large fancy' churches, full of hypocrites and hate as they pass the basket count their ($$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$) blessings'.
