Below... I was hoping to replace the floor but the lumber prices that skyrocketed during Covid, have not dropped that much - why is that? When I have to move furniture and the dogs scratch the floor playfully chasing each other around.. Arrow drops her wet ball, often, stuff gets spilled, paint drops... lol. If it was a new floor I'd probably be stressing over scratches and wet balls (heeheehee) this way - no worries. The floor will be replaced eventually but for now - I'm happier not being stressed about scratching' the floor.
