There's nothing like Looney Tunes to inspire some fantastic art!
I found this video (it found me) on YouTube and I want to share - The hidden world of Looney Tunes background art!
I love background art! My sentiments, exactly... wait until you see the comparisons with Famous Artists art. Background art/artists often get little credit but without it/them where would Bugs be? Perfect viewing as I've had a craving, I've been fighting off... Bugs Bunny & friends. Today, I research!
The cartoonist in me is calling, I found this beaver while cleaning my studio. My studio is small and I have to clear some space for winter, as always I find things, craft parts, clippings from old magazines, stuff we find in the forest; Athene came running at me in the forest & proudly brought me a baby deer leg. Still with fur.

Life is rarely boring with dogs. Athene is 9 months! Time flies.. she's a good girl but curious and likes to explore, I make sure to call her every 10 minutes, to keep her close. They inspire cartoons all the time, usually completed in a sketch book that perhaps only I will see, good enough for me.

About my last post.. I remembered I had a transgender friend that was put in a mans prison.. she said she was terrified and humiliated and I was/am for her rights.. well she died, but I understood & agreed. That being said she was transgendered and a lovely human! She did not go to jail for committing a crime- she went because she simply worked for a company that was busted - a cannabis - compassion centre, before cannabis became legal. She was used (a prop for politics) and threatened & treated poorly, intentionally humiliated & should never have went to jail. In her situation she should have went to a woman's prison. Sandra was her name and she was one of the most 'feminine' people I've known, her mannerisms, attitude, she always dressed 'girlie' but above all else she was funny, kind and compassionate. Unlike the person who sexually attacked the young girl now claiming he is transgendered and wants to go to a women's prison, NO.
When will we stop punishing innocent people and stop letting evil get away with harming and murder and stop letting them out of jail over and over to reoffend - when judges have to take accountability for releasing them perhaps? As IF that will ever happen. Phhhbt. The system is messed up.
Let's base actions & judgement on peoples actions and not appearance or sexual preference, race, status.. only their deeds.
Anyway, I thought about her and wanted to clarify, there is a huge difference in the two and Sandra should have had rights', even though it was wrong to send her for jail (if only for a couple of days) in the first place.
