Slip sliding all over the place. Today worse than yesterday, the dogs went out and it was doggy icecapades and although funny - not encouraged, dogs can slip and hurt themselves too. They weren't eager anyway.
The power is intermittent and mostly none. I don't mind but it is a learning lesson every time and a refresher to BE prepared!!! Have water handy, have candles.. have flashlights available & water for the dogs. I hope hydro workers are safe as no-one should be out in this - but they are! There's Firemen & Frostymen in Canada! How these humans work in these conditions... Give thanks!! & say a prayer for their continued safety.
Painting in daylight hours is also enjoyable surrounded by pure silence, awesome.

I'm not sure about painting in candlelight - perhaps I'll soon learn a new skill!.
