I read an article suggesting Canadians are despondent & I get it.
There does appear to be more anger at the moment but anger is not helping.
Trudeau is not helping either, as Canadians are still wrestling with so much he's off to show support & offer help elsewhere. An American friend once said "people should sweep off their own porch first." Perhaps he needs a broom.
I understand the frustration, anger, resentment.. loss of faith.
Faith in God - helps me have continued faith in everything & everyone - thank God.
There will be an answer - Let it be.
I finished my bible and am now painting ALL the sketching I did & am delighted to do so!
I can't explain it, I can't force anyone, convince.. it must be done on your own but the Bible is the ultimate 'help book'. Life best instruction guide, shared in a way we can all relate - for those who choose to see & hear.
I hope to encourage by example, I'm human though so it's not the easiest task.
I fuck up & fail regularly but I do it all over again (in life & relationships) & pray that I always have the HOPE & Faith to continue until I take my last breath.
I told Storm of a 'neat bible - Jesus assisted moment, I had yesterday. I was explaining to a young friend about the mustard seed parable, how you really only need to have a tiny bit of faith - the size of a mustard seed which will grow into the biggest of trees and birds from all over will flock (I love the bird concept). I realized my friend was not familiar with the analogy so I thought - I'm going to look for it in my bible (not google, lol) and send it to him, so he understands. I walked over, picked up my bible knowing what I was searching for and opened it at the page that talks about the mustard seed Matthew 13:31 to be exact.
I know it might not seem like much (have you seen how many pages I the bible? lol) but it made my heart swell and a smile across my face...

I get Canadians & others around the words feeling lost surrounded by confusion, deception, war. I feel I don't have the words to help anyone lately, but I know where they are.. seek and you will find him & them.
