I figure the timing is about right, Christmas depression setting in for about 25%of Canadians, holiday let down, bills arriving, pounds packed on being noticed & resolutions already being broken, who's feeling festive now - Fuck Off! LOL
I still am feeling festive! I did not make any resolutions - well yes, I did- Less Alcohol (I've had NONE so far in 2019), paint daily (done), focus on God & Good. Keep the past where it belongs. So far so good. HAVE no FEAR for ALL that comes this year... God's got my back & will get me thought it with flying colors! I know.
I'm off to a fucking great start- oh, & READ more! Last year I read a book a month this was one I forgot to tell you about: Swearing is Good for you. Finally proof is in- so all who judge me for swearing can Fuck Off (said lovingly), I swear & now I understand why- I swear more- Pain. Apparently swearing helps pain- scientific proof shows it helps those suffering and allows for great pain threshold. It helps for social pain too. I HIGHLY recommend this book for EVERY TEACHER - I had no idea about swearing and children & Tourette's- children need to be understood & NOT judged, children & adults who deal with this already are stigmatized by UN educated (myself included) ignorance of the subject & it only hurts them more.
I have noticed increased swearing since brian surgery - or since fucking failed brain surgery... I KNOW when I get really upset- it's all I can seem to yell - I can't even get words into my head between the twitching, anger & frustration- I can swear like a trooper/Judge Judy (also known for her choice wording) & YES, I have paid for it and probably still do - oh well, I don't (can't) give a fuck - I was raised with swearing - so it's common place, I swear when I'm happy just as often as I'm sad! I can be fucking thrilled beyond words & fucking disgusted with how some behave... I SEE the reaction in some others when I swear- sometimes I feel flustered (like when speaking to an older pal/nun friend) & I understand it's usually age related, those who love me seem to accept it and understand- our wording does not always reflect who we are. I am NOT a criminal or bad person for swearing - they are words.
As a matter of fact- this book was a rude awakening- empowering even! When I learned about the difference between men & women I thought: here we fucking go again..
What bullshit - yes, it's o.k. for men to swear - but still looked down upon for women- women will be judged for EVERYTHING from swearing in public to & breast feeding -to which I say - Fuck that! Just one more reason to keep women down & I refuse to be a part of it, especially for all the young ladies to arrive after me. I BELIEVE if more young women were taught to speak up and say FUCK OFF!! Fewer women would become victims- I'm many ways. When I was younger I'd have strangers grope me, really - I've been grabbed in public (my boobs when just a kid in a store), ass grabbed (too many times to mention), rubbed up against on a bus/subway & more- if it happened NOW- I would turn without hesitation & at the top of my lungs YELL - GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME & KEEP your fucking hands to yourself - WHO the fuck do you think you are!!?

Teach your daughters to swear, teach them it's o.k. to express themselves as men do & protect themselves with words & their voice.`
So here is a Fuck OFF to start the year.. painted lovingly. If you want to judge me for swearing & think I am a lesser person for it- it speaks volumes about you first of all -- o.k., & please tell me this: have you expressed as much disgust/anger today towards people who abuse children, people who fucking use children as sexual objects with pornography or worse... these predators can appear so sweet & professional & never swear. Ted Bundy was so charming, never swore- do you know what he attributes to his serial killing spree- pornography, simple soft core pornography at first, he escalated into violent porn. and then started killing (words from own mouth) & children as young as 8 are sharing naked images online encouraged by strangers who don't swear & don't give a fuck about your kids.
It's time we get our priorities straight - what more fucking important - words or actions? Don't judge a book by it's cover or a person for swearing... especially if you have no idea why they swear.
If you do choose to judge me & think I'm less classy, educated, feminine, less of a mother, person, artist - because I swear- FUCK off. lol You are not worthy of my time, art or thoughts - I've more important issues to focus on.

Like him or not he did bring an awareness & at a time when he was punished was at an ultimo high - for what- cannabis & mushrooms, plants.
