It's been over a week and I have noticed a few things, STILL feeling overall 'better' from my 3 day fast.
Before I forget, I did have one unpleasant side effect - now I understand why.. I stunk. I could hardly stay in a room with myself - my BO was potent. Storm commented, it was at a record high (as he gagged walking past me) lol, not exaggerating. When I am stressed (more than usual) it comes out my pores. It is always has, if I eat garlic you will smell it the next day. During the fast my body started detoxing BIG TIME. Pushing out poisons via the pores. I found I've eaten less overall, albeit last night Storm took me out to The Millpond and we had a delicious turkey dinner (it's always good at the Millpond), I finished my left overs this morning with a Turkey sandwich. I'm still sleeping better too. I have taken only a few of anti-inflammatory, 3 in the past week - the bottle says take 2 a day on a full stomach. I have convinced myself, proven to myself, the evidence is in... this works for me, this will be a regular routine. I'm excited for Januarys fast!

Perhaps not in your newer bible but it is in older versions! Jesus tells us, along with having faith in the size of a mustard seed we can move mountains - fasting & prayer are the only thing able to remove demons, (disease) from ourselves.
Isn't disease a demon... I feel like it some days - get out of my body!

Additives not needed like BHA BHT, artificial sweeteners playing with our brains, hair as a preservative, ground up bugs just to colour something red, ALCOHOL & let's not forget mercury... injected into babies bodies' in the name of health', apparently it's being phased out and replaced with what? Dead embryo cells and cat piss? Cow puss, Horse sores, corpse crust?

How about our governments fill our babies bellies with good REAL food, a warn safe place for people to sleep.. before pumping us with NOT tested poisons, now available in a nasal spray for children and can be delivered by drone. WTF. JUST imagine if we actually KEPT some of our tax dollars and fed, clothed, housed our own.

I actually have a Bible on order and then (I think), I'll be done with my Bible collection, unless of course I can ever afford one of those incredible Illustrated Bibles, like they have in beautiful churches. Goals :) - I'm hopeful it has Matthew 17:21 in it. Below I've shared images of where it is and isn't, I have a very old bible - HOW the heck did they read it, it's the tiniest lettering Ive ever seen. I also have a Masons Bible - it is no different in any way - IT did have St. Matthew 17:21 and some lovely illustrations of King Solomons temple, I think that is what TRUMP is attempting at recreating with his new renovation. King Trumps Temple, covered in Gold.
