Family day... will be spent mostly with my 'furry' family. Yay! We had a bit of company! The girls love company.
Poppy tries to rip everyones finger off. lol I hope everyone has a relaxing enjoyable family day - Lord knows we all need a reprieve.
I'm Painting, 3 .. one for me, 2 gifts for new humans. I like to welcome new humans with special paintings & prayers. I think of the tiny individual and imagine all wonderful things! Painting sweet creatures helps too. This started as a sketch, then painting (gouache), now on wood. x 3. & I have my favourite animated tribute to paint, after my fix' yesterday.
Also a cannabis cartoon painting.. I don't know who needs to hear this - besides me, lol BUT.. 2 things about yesterday:
My wrists feel like they are breaking due to this cold streak in weather, deforming before my eyes - a flare up, yesterday I thought 'NO WAY! I have creations to CREATE!' 6:00 a.m Up & Thank the Lord for a new day! I hit the bong. Coffee, bong - made waffles, bong, coffee - started 3 paintings - bong.. mid afternoon bong moves to desk - late afternoon crank 'Pink Floyd' - The wall.. painted until 7p.m. With Jesus & Cannabis I can paint through pain. A FULL day painting!! No OXY. No chemicals messing with my organs and brain - only in a good way!
It also ended up being a MicroDose day... my Baby blessings - have bears and mushrooms & bugs and all things sweet & are painted with love, I feel good painting them, I find myself smiling back at the baby bears, I just painted, I think about the toddlers playing with this art- with their name on it! It brings me Joy! The research coming out about psilocybin is absolutely Mind blowing, amazing. That being said Norm did something yesterday...
I tell ya, one of those classic moments - I looked, shook my head and walked away. Another day, I probably would have screamed a little. Nope, no way... just 'walk away'. I have paintings to paint, joy to be had - time to spend with Jesus, expecting miracles. Today Too! How about you?
